De adidas Wmns Superstar 'Sand Strata' is een lage damessneaker in een zachte zandkleurige tint, gecombineerd met crèmewit. Het bovenwerk heeft een nubuck-achtige uitstraling met de bekende drie strepen in wit op de zijkant, een geborduurd Superstar-schrift, een crèmekleurige hiel- en tongpartij en de kenmerkende rubberen shell toe.
