De adidas Samba OG Sporty & Rich USA is een lage sneaker met een bovenwerk van wit leer, afgezet met een suède neusstuk in gebroken wit en een donkerblauw suède hieldeel. Op de zijkant liggen de bekende drie strepen in marineblauw, met daartussen een rode streep; daaronder staat 'Sporty & Rich' in goudkleurig borduursel. Het geheel rust op een gum-kleurige buitenzool.
De Samba is van oorsprong een indoor voetbalschoen van adidas en is uitgegroeid tot een van de vaste waarden in het merkarchief, herkenbaar aan het lage silhouet, het suède neusstuk en de gum zool.
