De adidas Samba OG in de colorway Black White Gum is een lage sneaker met een bovenwerk van zwart leer, witte 3-Stripes op de zijkanten en een wit hielstuk. De neus is afgewerkt met donker suède, het tonglabel draagt het blauwe Trefoil-logo en op de zijkant staat de goudkleurige Samba-belettering. Onderaan ligt een gumkleurige rubberzool met visgraatprofiel.
